    Architecture + Art

    Study Abroad + Special Programs

Many opportunities are offered for travel and study abroad that allow students to experience diverse cultures for varying lengths of time.

For a full-semester experience, we offer a study-abroad program in Berlin through a joint partnership with Lexia International. Beginning in 2012, there will be opportunities to study in Asia through a partnership with an architectural program in Thailand.

Two-week travel opportunities are also available throughout the year, organized by School of Architecture + Art faculty. Trips have journeyed to the Netherlands and Italy during the summer, and France and Spain during winter vacation.

Norwich University offers cultural exchange/service-learning travel abroad programs through NU Visions, including experiences in Thailand, Tanzania and Nicaragua. Trips specializing in strengthening drawings skills are also offered through Sketching School, with travel on the New England coast, Puerto Rico and Nova Scotia.
